This meeting will be a 1-day working ‘all-hands’ face-to-face meeting for the ORP Joint Activity 2- Seamless Performance. 

The meeting will comprise of:

1. Introductory plenary session
2. Parallel working session for each JA2 sub-workpackage
3. Summary and feedback plenary session to outline work and plans of the coming 6-12 months and maximise connections between different areas.

This meeting will provide an opportunity for all JA2 team members to share outputs and achievements during the first part of the ORP project, and hence build further connections across the wide JA2 membership. The majority of the day will be dedicated to collective work from individual groups toward specific deliverables, and toward outputs planned during the second phase of the ORP.
