Hanno Holties (the Netherlands) is System Engineer at the NWO-I ASTRON Science Data Center Operations group and the System Architect for the ASTRON Science Data Center. He has lead the development of the NorthStar common proposal tool for the RadioNet and OPTICON projects and been the technical lead for various data archive related projects and activities within ASTRON including the development of the LOFAR and Apertif Long Term Archives and ASTRON’s participation in EOSCpilot, EOSC-Hub, EGI-ACE, and DICE.

In ORP, Hanno leads the WP14 VA1 ADA and participates as technical expert on Joint Activity JA2 ‘Seamless Performance’ with a focus on JA 2.3 ‘Common frameworks for data access and processing procedures’ but also contributing to JA 2.1 ‘Common-Access to Research Infrastructures.
