The last meeting of the ORP took place at the Palais du Pharo in Marseille, France, from November 5 to 7, 2024. Remote participation was also available. The meeting aimed to review ongoing and upcoming activities of the ORP through February 2025 and to reflect on the project’s overall achievements.

The first day focused on defining the scope of the meeting and providing an overview of the past year. It included sessions on JA1 and JA2, with feedback from the respective task leaders.

The second day began with three presentations: one on transnational access in the radio domain, another on transnational access in the optical field, and a third presenting feedback from the Multi-Facility Call. These presentations were followed by the JA3 session. In the early afternoon, a strategic discussion on the project’s future, open to all participants, was held, followed by the opening of the Executive Committee meeting. The day concluded with a social dinner.

The final day included a Board meeting and a review of activities from other working groups. The meeting closed with remarks from the coordinator and a lunch gathering.
