Gudrun Pebody (Switzerland, United Kingdom) is EC grants manager at the Institute of Astronomy, University of Cambridge, and has been OPTICON project manager since 2012. She has degrees from the Universities of Geneva (Licence ès Lettres) and Cambridge (MPhil & PhD - Ancient Philosophy). After a PostDoc in Geneva, Gudrun moved to the UK, and to HE research and grants management. Her experience with EC research funding dates back to FP4. Gudrun contributed to the creation of the OPTICON-RadioNet-Pilot project and to the development of the proposal. She is part of the ORP Executive Management Committee and has a coordinating role in the project’s JA1, JA3 and training programme.
